Inspiration Session - Solution Focused Conversation
A Solution Focused Conversation, based on Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) looks at what you hope to see happen in your life and identify your strengths, abilities, resources and relationships which may play a part. Our conversation may help you to re-interpret difficulties and build momentum toward a preferred way of living and a greater sense of wellbeing. Solution Focused conversations are not about solving problems, they are about building you up through questions so that you can deal with hard situations. The sessions are typically 45 minutes long and held at your house or mine or wherever you feel comfortable talking. If we can’t meet in person, phone or video face to face conferencing is available.
